What to Have Ready When You Reach Out
To provide an accurate estimate and timeline, it helps to have the following information available. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything yet — we’ll work through the details together.
Project Basics
Project name and location, target install date(s), total piece count (art and window treatments if applicable), and number of locations if multi-site.
Site Details
Wall materials (drywall, tile, stone, etc.), elevated installs above 9 feet, heavy items over 50 lbs, and who provides mounting hardware — your team or ours.
We request complete scope data at least 15 days before your install date to ensure accurate estimating and scheduling. Projects submitted with less lead time may be accommodated based on availability.
